CONNECTING CLUBS TO FOOTBALL’S HIDDEN CORNERS

The Connector

GO-AL was founded by Jaime González Albarrán, whose career began in Mexico through tactical analysis and youth academy work. He helped clubs place their youth teams into elite European tournaments, becoming the trusted link for cross-continent coordination, logistics, and relationships.

Those early collaborations expanded quickly. Mexico led to Brazil, Chile, and the wider Latin American scene, followed by North Africa, the USA, and Europe. Over the years, Jaime built strong connections with coaches, scouts, and academies in regions that are often distant or under-scouted.

Built on trust and cross-cultural understanding, GO-AL helps clubs reach football’s hidden corners while supporting players far from home. That’s our GO-AL.
